As part of a team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will introduce customers to our most innovative premium denim, contribute to store success, and serve as an ambassador of our brand and culture. The role demands a customer‑centric mindset, modeling selling behaviors, and a passion for the brand.

• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall store success.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by styling and wardrobing each customer.
• Set an example for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards.
• Represent the brand in all interactions with customers and peers.
• Build client relationships and generate excitement about our product through outreach.
• Work with the Store Manager to set goals for personal skill development.
• Assist with non‑selling operational tasks such as replenishing stock levels, maintaining the stockroom, executing promotions, and keeping the store neat and clean.
• Flexibly support scheduling needs of the business.
• Ensure loss‑prevention awareness to protect the store from internal and external loss.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, standards, regulatory compliance, dress code, and attendance.
• Support directives from visual, operations, and marketing groups to ensure proper execution.

• Accurately and efficiently operating the cash register while following cash‑handling procedures.

• 1+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience.

• Repetitive hand motion while operating a cash register or computer.
• Regular interaction with the public in a crowded, noisy environment.
• Standing required for the entire shift.
• Operating office equipment (computer, phone, fax, scanner, copier).
• Work weekend and night shifts.
• Climb ladders as needed.
• Bend, lift, open, and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
