Part-Time Retail Sales Associate – Pawn Store (First Cash)

• $12.00 to $15.00 per hour
• Earn up to 8% commission on transactions (potential $4.04 per hour on top of base rate)

Entry‑level, part‑time sales associate in our pawn store locations nationwide. The associate assists customers with sales, loans, and other transactions, ensuring customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. Associates handle jewelry, general merchandise, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

• Greets and interacts with all customers, recommending appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs open/close procedures and maintains sales floor cleanliness and displays.
• Processes sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handles cash and negotiable items securely.
• Answers incoming calls following company standards.
• Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborates with coworkers and managers to create a positive customer experience.
• Completes assigned training and performs additional duties as assigned.

• Min. 18 years old;
  High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Capable of lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds; flexible and able to perform tasks for extended periods.
• Must be willing to perform tasks involving firearms and obtain firearms certification if required.
• Cash handling experience preferred; strong math skills.
• Computer literate; able to operate POS systems and office machines.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends, holidays, and multiple locations.
• Strong customer service orientation, team‑oriented, determined to succeed.

The commission incentive plan is proprietary. Pawnbrokers may earn 2‑8% commission based on personal performance. Additional details provided during interview.
