We are seeking entry-level, part-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the store staff to ensure excellent customer service on both lending and retail transactions. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, handling merchandise, and providing a positive customer experience. The role involves working with jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

This position offers hourly wages plus commission based on productivity, with potential earnings of up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $1.04 per hour above the base rate.

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Conduct sales and loan transactions following policies and regulations.
• Handle cash and negotiable items securely.
• Answer incoming calls professionally.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.
• Create a positive customer experience.
• Complete required training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of standing, walking, climbing, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
• Minimum age 18, with a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic math; cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible to work at multiple locations and on weekends/holidays.
• Computer literate, able to operate POS and office equipment.

Employees can earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, with details provided during the interview.
