• Greeting guests and providing a welcoming experience.
• Answering questions accurately and politely.
• Handling phone calls.
• Processing sales transactions using POS and managing cash and other payment methods.
• Maintaining proper cash drawer balances.
• Directing guests to restrooms and other areas.
• Demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
• Engaging guests in one‑on‑one conversations to determine their needs and inform them of product features and benefits.
• Suggesting related, higher‑quality or complementary items using proven techniques.
• Keeping the store clean, organized and stocked according to visual display standards.
• Performing opening, closing and side duties such as cleaning glass, polishing brass, sweeping, vacuuming floor, folding product, etc.
• Ensuring complete guest satisfaction and creating memorable experiences.

• Remain calm in a fast‑paced, hectic environment.
• Show a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Maintain a positive, friendly attitude toward guests.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend for extended periods.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive arm and hand movements.
• Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 10 lb.
• Ability to twist or turn body parts in circular motions.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals and loud environment.
• Ability to travel by auto or airplane for extended periods.
