The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers and assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. Sally Beauty provides training to build product knowledge and a great customer journey. You bring your passion and personality – we will do the rest!

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to apply product knowledge to support customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

The position requires physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or climbing stairs; lifting moderately heavy items; and working around moving parts and chemicals where applicable.
