Seasonal Ambassadors cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to overall shop excellence in both sales and operations. On the shop floor, they consistently surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment that keeps customers coming back for more.

  Driving Sales - Utilize Store Force dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and actively work to grow your contribution to the store’s overall sales.

  Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience to every customer. Connect with customers, identify needs, demonstrate product benefits, and leave the world Lusher than we found it.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging; articulate these values in-store and through community engagement.
• Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on ingredients and benefits to make informed recommendations.

• Development: Utilize Lush resources to develop sales techniques, support team growth, and increase sales. Seek feedback and opportunities to improve.
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication, listen to diverse perspectives, foster belonging, promote teamwork, and value each employee s contributions.

• Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, present, and participate in teamwork; take breaks as needed and stay up-to-date with company news.
• Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
• Stock and Inventory: Use merchandising guidelines to adjust displays based on sales to improve the customer experience.
• Policies and Procedures: Follow opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety standards.

Required:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred:

• Experience with consultation-based customer service
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Language skills (Spanish, French, or other)

Mandalay Bay Pay: $14.50 USD
