ROLE

Primarily responsible for taking guest orders and serving food and beverages at Olioli, an outdoor poolside outlet offering Dole Whip, made-to-order tacos, and fresh lemonade. This position plays a key role in creating a fun, welcoming guest experience while maintaining accuracy, speed, and food safety standards. The Olioli Cashier works closely with kitchen staff and other team members in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

This position pays an hourly rate plus tips.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Greet guests in a friendly, upbeat, and professional manner

* Take and accurately enter guest orders using the POS system

* Prepare and serve Tacos, Dole Whip, fresh lemonade, and other beverages according to restaurant standards

* Communicate food orders clearly and professionally to kitchen staff

* Follow proper LGG check and payment processing procedures

* Reconcile receipts as required

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of service, prep, and guest areas

* Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties

* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines

* Work collaboratively as part of a high-energy, team-oriented environment

Requirements

* Previous cashier or food service experience preferred but not required

* Previous cash handling experience preferred

* Ability to work in an outdoor environment near a pool

* Strong guest service and communication skills

* Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced setting
