Position: Banquets Sous Chef: Lead Menus & Large-Volume Service
A premier hotel and resort in Las Vegas is seeking a Banquets Sous Chef. In this role, you will manage kitchen operations alongside the Executive Sous Chef, create menus, and monitor food costs while leading a team. The ideal candidate has at least two years of culinary experience, a degree or certification, and excellent leadership skills to ensure quality and efficiency.

This position offers a salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience.
