Overview
Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Seventy Six’s “We Win Heart Service” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Seventy Six’s Service Standards at all times. Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times. Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed when and as needed and labor cost objectives are met.
Perform inventories. Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests. Follow all Responsible Gaming Guidelines. Basic understanding of paytables. Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of the Gaming Club. Must hold a Gaming Registration for the State of Nevada. Must also hold a Clark County Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card.

- Possess or obtain a Gaming Registration for the State of Nevada.
- Possess a Clark County Health Card and an Alcohol Awareness Card.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have the ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining proper portion control, safety, health, and service standards.
- Must maintain a score of 80% or higher shopper report scores.
- Must maintain accurate and proper comp and cash handling procedures.
- Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least two years of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions in a Tavern.
- Possess excellent basic math skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
