Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a friendly manner and provides excellent guest service.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of menu items, including specials.
• Delivers food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Maintains knowledge of the property’s amenities, including other restaurants.
• Provides guest service utilizing the Host and Service Etiquette Standards.
• Complies with all policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as requested.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Strong guest service skills required.
• Knowledge of point of sales systems strongly preferred.
• Ability to perform essential functions with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 20 pounds.
