Hard Rock - [Kitchen Manager] As a Kitchen Supervisor at Hard Rock, you'll:
Be responsible for leading and maintaining smooth operation of all kitchen shifts;
Perform opening & closing duties for the kitchen;
Partner with the cafe management team to train, coach and evaluate BOH operations;
Monitor food cost using established methods to meet goals;
Inspect and taste food to ensure freshness, flavor, recipe adherence and temperature.
