* Responsible for answering the phone promptly
* Seating guests properly and efficiently
* Focusing on overall Guest Experience and ensures every guest receives a personalized experience that caters to their needs
* Ensuring all food and beverage is prepared to standard before served to guests
* Responsible to meet all Health Department and maintain standards
* Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
* Assist with taking guests carry-out orders over the phone
* Assist team members if needed
* Any and all other responsibilities given within the scope of the job description

Qualifications:

* ** Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of hosting experience preferred
* Must demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside the workplace
* Ability to obtain and maintain food handler’s certification card
* Must be able to lift 45 lbs
* Excellent customer service skills
* Must strive for 100% customer satisfaction
* Familiarity with Aloha preferred
