This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Las Vegas, NV. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, offering exceptional customer service and expertise throughout the entire process. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating property market trends, negotiating contracts, conducting property showings, advising clients on market conditions, and maintaining knowledge of local real estate regulations and opportunities.

• Active Real Estate License
• Proficiency in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property trends and regulations
• Strong Sales and negotiation skills
• Exceptional Customer Service and client relationship management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the Las Vegas real estate market is a plus
