Are you seeking a new opportunity as a Disbursement Specialist? Our client is often looking for them to support their ongoing business needs. Join our dynamic Real Estate Team as part of a production center, branch office, or member of a title team.

For this 6-month temp/contract role, you will provide escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation and timeshare transactions. You'll put your administrative, communication and organizational skills into action while working with our real estate transactions team.

What you'll do:

Assist branch operations with disbursement of escrow transactions to ensure files have been fully funded and disbursed as directed.

• Review and prepare closing files for disbursement once the file is closed.
• Confirm that the file balances are accurate and disburse the funds according to directions, most often by issuing checks.
• Work with lenders, buyers and escrow officers to balance files that have closed and disburse the file.
• Follow standard procedures and guidelines.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

We're seeking someone who:

• Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams.
• Impacts own team through quality of the support provided.
• Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options.
• Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team.
• Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach.
• Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate or at least real estate.
• Has 2+ years of related work experience.
• Has a high school diploma

Job Schedule:

• 100% onsite 5 days a week. Mon - Fri: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM CST |9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST
