At Light & Wonder, it’s all about the games, and our Gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe.# Position Summary## The Senior Advanced Quality Assurance Strategist will lead and execute quality strategies to drive excellence across the global organization. Reporting to the Director of Global Quality, this role serves as a key expert in quality-related processes, ensuring the successful integration of quality principles throughout Light and Wonder’s operations.

The focus will be on elevating product quality and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the hardware and operational teams.

* Essential Job Functions:

*** Develop and implement robust quality management processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality hardware products. This includes deploying initiatives such as 5-Why analysis, test strategies, and process improvements
* Define and monitor quality metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize development and testing effectiveness
* Establish and maintain industry-leading quality assurance standards and best practices across all relevant departments
* Foster strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams within R&D and Operations to drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Lead risk management and quality mitigation strategies for high-visibility projects, ensuring optimal outcomes
* Champion a culture of quality, inspiring and motivating teams to prioritize high standards in all business activities
* Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in quality management practices, incorporating innovative solutions into organizational processes
* Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to senior management on the quality readiness and progress of key projects# Qualifications
*
* Education:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (CQE, Six Sigma, PMP, or Data Analytics) are highly desirable
* 5+ years of experience in a senior or advanced quality related role, with a strong emphasis on hardware and operations quality.
* Gaming industry experience is a plus

* Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

*** Demonstrated passion for quality excellence
* Strong knowledge of hardware development and operational processes, including manufacturing or production line experience, with a focus on gaming hardware or relevant technologies
* Proven ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships with stakeholders across all levels
* Expertise in quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies
* Solid understanding of industry standards and regulations related to product quality and safety
* Strong knowledge of root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies and advanced quality tools
* Ability to manage shifting priorities and handle multiple tasks within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
