Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at our facility in SW Las Vegas facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in continuous improvement, data analysis and manipulation, AS9100 standards, and blueprint reading. • 1. Strategic Compliance & Policy Enforcement
  • Regulatory Leadership: Oversee the development and execution of Quality programs to ensure 100% compliance with corporate, customer, and federal regulatory standards.
  • Audit Readiness: Partner with the Food Safety Manager to maintain "Always Audit-Ready" status, ensuring the facility meets all standards for food safety, culture, and cleanliness.
  • Policy Administration: Enforce company policies and internal QA guidelines through consistent administration and periodic location-wide awareness training.
• 2. Operational Excellence & Lab Management
  • Lab Standards: Develop and manage QA Lab practices, ensuring all testing is conducted with precision and in accordance with corporate expectations.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of all essential QA testing equipment to ensure data integrity.
  • Supply Chain Quality: Standardize an incoming raw materials and packaging program focused on strict specification adherence and vendor accountability.
  • R&D Partnership: Collaborate with R&D on new formula implementations to ensure monitoring parameters are technically sound and testable in a production environment.
