Low Voltage Quality and Training Manager – Travel
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented individual for the role of Low Voltage Senior Quality and Training Manager. This position will be responsible for managing quality control and training initiatives at an assigned site while also overseeing quality assurance efforts across a designated region.
Responsibilities include ensuring high‑quality workmanship in the installation of fiber and copper network cabling infrastructure, verifying project scope, confirming task completion to meet established standards, and developing training programs for quality assurance. The role focuses on high‑quality workmanship, conducting BOM and PML reviews, and maintaining regular touch points with direct reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Lead site‑level quality management for data center and commercial construction projects.
- Provide regional quality oversight across multiple job sites.
- Review and validate project scopes, BOMs, and PMLs.
- Supervise and mentor cabling and fiber optic crews.
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑installation quality inspections.
- Partner with project managers to resolve scope deviations.
- Maintain comprehensive quality documentation and inspection records.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, checklists, and standards.
- Deliver training and mentorship for quality personnel and field teams.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to address quality concerns.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and support a team of quality assurance specialists.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
- 5–7+ years of experience delivering network cabling projects.
- Deep knowledge of industry standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI) and Division 27 documentation.
- Experience leading quality control at both site and regional levels.
- Proficiency with cable testing tools, inspection processes, and quality documentation.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive problem solver.
- Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, IT, or related field.
100% full‑time travel within Monroe, LA and other project sites nationwide. All travel expenses are covered by the company.
Pay Range$65,000 – $85,000 per year.
