We are an
AAHA
accredited practice that serves the Las Vegas Nevada area. Dedicated to the ongoing education of our support staff, we have a low turnover rate. We have 5 Veterinarians supported by 6 LVTs along with a large group of highly qualified veterinary technicians. Our clean modern facility has an in-house lab, digital x-rays, ultrasound as well as stem cell therapy and laser therapy.
We offer our local rescues discounted boarding and veterinary care to support their missions.

The Veterinary Hospital Manager will share our commitment to provide exceptional client service and excellent veterinary care to our loyal clients and their pets. The role, in collaboration with the Regional Manager, is to maximize the productivity, profitability and growth of the practice while supporting an environment that fosters leadership and development of the entire team.
Responsibilities- Operational oversight of our hospital including leadership team of technicians and receptionists.
- Managing financial and business development of the practice including managing a budget and key performance indicators.
- Overseeing client care and ensuring client loyalty by demonstrating exceptional client service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
- Strong grasp of daily management of revenues, inventory and payroll.
