Qualifications

Demonstrated passion for animal welfare, particularly in the realm of grooming and care.

Willingness to learn and apply knowledge of animal behavior to ensure their safety and comfort during grooming sessions.

Team player mentality with a positive and professional demeanor.

Strong attention to detail, especially in grooming procedures and client communication.

Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and communication platforms.

Reliable and punctual, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical ability to handle dogs of all sizes and perform grooming tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities:

Provide gentle and thorough bathing and grooming services according to client preferences and company standards.

Maintain open and professional communication with pet parents regarding grooming appointments, services rendered, and any concerns or special requests.

Ensure a clean and sanitary grooming environment by adhering to cleaning and disinfection protocols.

Monitor the health and well-being of dogs during grooming sessions, reporting any abnormalities or concerns to management.

Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment as needed.

Adhere to safety protocols when handling dogs, including those with behavioral challenges or medical needs.

Uphold the highest standards of customer service by addressing client needs promptly and courteously.
