South Shores Animal Hospital Receptionist
South Shores Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team! Our Receptionists serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi‑tasking between a multi‑line phone system and in‑person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast‑paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail‑oriented, and committed to contributing to a team‑focused environment.
ScheduleThis is a full‑time position with a 4/10 schedule and availability required on Saturdays from 7:30am‑5:00pm.
Full‑time benefits and compensation- Compensation: $14‑16 per hour

South Shores Animal Hospital is an AAHA accredited, 6‑doctor, full‑service small animal hospital located in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, Nevada. We strive to provide warm, compassionate, high‑quality care in addition to excellent client service. We offer medical care, boarding, and grooming for small animals as well as exotics, and have rehabilitation and reproduction services available. Our hospital is well equipped with digital x‑ray, ultrasound, surgical laser & cold laser, and recently underwent an expansion of our treatment area.
