About the HospitalLas Vegas Veterinary Specialty Center is the only multi‑specialty referral hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. We currently have specialists in surgery, internal medicine, oncology, neurology, and ophthalmology, plus an in‑house blood bank and a certified rehabilitation practitioner. We are adjacent to Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care, southern Nevada’s only 24‑hour emergency and critical care facility with a board‑certified criticalist.
The hospital is located between downtown Las Vegas and Summerlin, close to the Red Rock conservation area.

How You’ll Make a DifferenceAs a surgeon at LVVSC you will bring advanced education and experience to provide life‑changing treatment to patients. You will mentor support staff and intern doctors, and provide counsel to other specialists. You will commit to the highest level of medical care and champion client service. You will join a current surgical team of four specialists and three residents; part of their growth is an inherent part of your role.
With support from the hospital team and Regional Director, you will be an integral part of our growing surgical care team, supporting our mission and allowing limitless professional growth.
Schedule4‑day work week with occasional weekend and on‑call support shared among the team.
