A well-established health system on California’s Central Coast is seeking an experienced Hematology & Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative, patient-centered cancer care program serving a diverse community.

• $184,530 – $205,234 base salary + productivity
• 4‑day workweek
• No call
• Balanced mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and outpatient infusion center coverage
• Collaborative team environment with 4 Hematology & Oncology physicians and 4 experienced APPs
• Average ~10 patients per day in clinic

• Provide comprehensive Hematology & Oncology care across outpatient, inpatient, and infusion settings
• Manage follow‑up visits, treatment monitoring, and care coordination
• Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, nursing, and infusion staff
• Support high‑quality, patient‑centered oncology care in a multidisciplinary environment

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of specialty care experience
• No new graduates
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing oncology patients
• Team‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high‑quality cancer care
