A well-established health system on California’s Central Coast is seeking an experienced Hematology & Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative, patient-centered cancer care program serving a diverse community.
Highlights- $184,530 – $205,234 base salary + productivity
- 4‑day workweek
- No call
- Balanced mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and outpatient infusion center coverage
- Collaborative team environment with 4 Hematology & Oncology physicians and 4 experienced APPs
- Average ~10 patients per day in clinic
- Provide comprehensive Hematology & Oncology care across outpatient, inpatient, and infusion settings
- Manage follow‑up visits, treatment monitoring, and care coordination
- Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, nursing, and infusion staff
- Support high‑quality, patient‑centered oncology care in a multidisciplinary environment
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of specialty care experience
- No new graduates
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing oncology patients
- Team‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Passion for delivering compassionate, high‑quality cancer care
- Pacific coastline, redwoods, and nearby wine country
