• You will be responsible for the clinical and financial outcomes of designated clinical unit and act as a representative of the Director of Nursing and Administration
• You will collaborate with Director of Nursing and Nursing Unit Supervisor in ensuring competent, cost effective patient care
• You will manage the unit/ unit operations and unit personnel activities
• You will coordinate inter and intra departmental activities, maintain clinical competence, and develop a professional climate within the nursing unit

• Bachelor of Science in one of the following areas:
  Nursing, Management, or Health Administration
• Masters of Science in Nursing preferred
• Minimum 3 years L&D experience with 2 years Charge Nurse experience required
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nevada required
• CPR/ BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• NRP Provider required
• STABLE Required
• AWHONN Electronic Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate or Advanced) required
• NCC EFM or Inpatient Obstetrics Certification preferred
