Overview

Oncology Registered Nurse Coordinator

Requires 3 years of oncology nursing experience (main specialty) and care plan experience.

• Provides and coordinates nursing care for research participants, ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory guidelines
• Collects and documents research data per protocol
• Communicates with principal investigators (PIs), sub-investigators (Sub-Is), and research staff
• Delivers safe, respectful patient care
• Maintains clinical skills (assessment, phlebotomy, IV insertion)
• Follows Universal Precautions and HIPAA regulations
• Prepares and maintains clinical spaces per SOPs
• Participates in training to maintain licensure
• Facilitates informed consent and patient advocacy
• Manages multiple clinical trials and ensures accurate documentation
• Handles study medications and records securely
• Reports protocol deviations and patient safety concerns
• Coordinates support staff to ensure protocol compliance

• Must have 3 years of oncology nursing experience (main specialty) and care plan experience
• Associate degree in Nursing
• Active Florida RN license and BLS certification
• Proficient in clinical tasks and investigational drug administration
• Adaptable to various clinical settings

This is a Permanent position based out of Altamonte Springs, FL.

The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $98,000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Altamonte Springs, FL.
