Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to evaluate, manage, and follow up with patients with sleep disorders. This full-time or part-time role involves developing treatment plans, ordering and analyzing tests, prescribing medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
- Perform patient assessments and create care plans based on guidelines.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments.
- Coordinate with other providers and staff to ensure quality care.
- Provide patient education and follow-up via calls or portal messages.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct peer reviews for insurance and certification processes.
Requirements include current state NP license, certification, DEA and controlled substance licenses, BLS certification, and eligibility for relevant licenses.
Located in Sparks, NV, with in-person work. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development support. Salary ranges from $120,000 to $135,000 annually.
