Job Overview
Lorian Health is an established home health agency with over 20 years of experience. The RN will provide hands‑on supervision for activities including medical necessity review, initial assessments, continued stay review, discharge planning, and other duties. The RN will use the full nursing process to assess, evaluate, and provide professional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform medical necessity review, initial assessment, and continued stay review.
- Document electronic clinical notes accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist patients with daily living activities.
- Teach self‑care techniques and provide medication and diet instructions.
- Sustain a safe environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current RN license in Nevada.
- Clinical knowledge of various disease processes.
- At least one year of acute care experience in medical/surgical/critical care; home‑health experience preferred.
- Excellent observation, good nursing judgment, and strong oral and written communication.
- Self‑directing, flexible, and cooperative in fulfilling role obligations.

Compensation
Pay‑per‑visit model ranging from $50–$160 per visit, commensurate with experience and visit type. Estimated hourly compensation as indicated.
