A growing, value-based outpatient healthcare organization is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Clinical Standards team. This is a field-based, non-bedside role focused on quality, safety, and compliance across multiple outpatient clinics. The Advisor, Clinical Standards acts as a regional clinical resource, conducting site visits, audits, and hands‑on support to ensure consistent, high‑quality care delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Conduct on‑site quality & safety audits across multiple outpatient clinics
  • Review nurse charts, medication handling, lab quality controls, and temperature logs
  • Partner with Medical Assistants (MAs), RNs, Providers, and Center Managers to close clinical gaps
  • Document site visits, findings, and follow‑up actions using Excel and Smartsheets
  • Support onboarding and ongoing competency validation for back‑office clinical staff
  • Reinforce clinical policies, procedures, and scope‑of‑practice standards
  • Travel regularly between clinic locations (Las Vegas & Denver primary markets)
What We’re Looking For
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • 5+ years of direct clinical nursing experience
  • Experience in quality, safety, auditing, or compliance roles strongly preferred
  • Background as a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Preceptor, or Clinical Lead is ideal
  • Outpatient, ambulatory, or community‑based care experience preferred
  • Ability to explain clinical concepts clearly to non‑clinical staff
  • Comfortable working independently in a travel‑heavy, multi‑site environment
Certifications & Tools
  • BLS certification required
  • Experience with eClinical

    Works (eCW) a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
