A newly opened Home Health agency in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will work with adult and senior clients to provide skilled nursing care and education to patients and their families in the home. Prior Medicare Home Health / OASIS documentation experience required for a per diem role.
Key Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality skilled nursing services, including but not limited to:
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Deliver wound care, dressing changes, catheter, ostomy, and I.V care
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and self-care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of home health or clinical experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
