Responsibilities
Spring Valley Hospital is a member of the Valley Health System, a network of six acute care hospitals that provide care for patients throughout Southern Nevada and nearby communities. Acts as a liaison between patients and/or patients’ families and the hospital. Responsible for receiving, investigating and responding to patient questions, concerns or complaints. Responsible for assisting with the implementation of the Risk Management plan. Reviews and analyzes risk management data and assists Director with developing and implementing plans to reduce risk and liability.
QualificationsEducation Baccalaureate Degree required, BSN preferred.
Experience Two years of healthcare (acute care) experience preferred or relevant experience required.
Technical Skills Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
License/Certification Current RN license in the state of Nevada if Registered Nurse.
Other Must have working knowledge of the healthcare industry.
