Valley Hospital Medical Center is an acute care and teaching hospital located in the heart of Las Vegas. It offers a comprehensive range of services including cardiology, neurology, and surgery.
Job DescriptionResponsible for performing patient care and service activities and procedures as outlined by the state board of nursing and within the Nevada Nurse Practice Act. Performs assigned duties under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Qualifications- Education:
Completion of education/experience required to obtain CNA Certification from the Nevada State Board of Nursing. - License/Certification:
Current CNA license in the State of Nevada and valid BLS certification. - Other:
Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate for the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
