LPN; Licensed Practical Nurse

Position: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Night Shift, Weekends 12 hour shifts

If yes, how you will contribute to the team:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but not limited to:

• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents;
• Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident's physical and emotional status;
• Medication administration;
• Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; and
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Must Have:

• LPN with current licensure to practice in Nevada
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Behavioral care / memory care experience
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
