Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000 (Full‑Time Only)

Pay Range: $25.50 – $35.32 per hour (Based on experience)

Shift Differential: +$1.00/hr for night shifts (6PM–6AM)

Travel Adjustment: +$2.00/hr for nurses traveling 30+ miles one way from home to work

Schedule: Full‑Time, Part‑Time, and PRN positions available

Pahrump Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The ideal candidate will be a kind and skilled clinician who delivers quality care, supports residents’ well‑being, and contributes to a collaborative and positive care environment.

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care for residents
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Work collaboratively with all members of the health‑care team
• Maintain standards of professional nursing practice

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current LPN licensure in the state of employment
• Demonstrated knowledge of the nursing process, particularly in geriatric, long‑term, and rehabilitation care
