Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Position Summary

We are seeking full‑time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for day and night shifts. A $4,000 sign‑on bonus is available for newly hired LPNs who start on or before December 31, 2025.

USD $26.50 – $33.00 per hour.

• Work under direct supervision using the state‑specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment.
• Deliver nursing care to patients, collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information to the care team.
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
• Maintain a licensed LPN status in good standing with the state.
• Preferred: 1+ years of nursing experience in a long‑term care facility.
• Provide reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
