LPN​/Senior Living Nurse

Legacy House of Centennial Hills – Las Vegas, NV is hiring a full‑time Assessment Nurse (LPN) to provide top‑quality care in our assisted living community. Competitive wage $20–25/hr plus generous health, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for each resident and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with the RN, dietitians, therapists and other direct‑care staff to coordinate and document resident progress.
• Schedule and supervise medication technicians and ensure timely medication delivery.
• Order and track TB tests for residents and employees in partnership with vendors.
• Train nurses and unlicensed staff in medication administration and management.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of resident conditions, significant changes and care activities.
• Work flexible hours as a full‑time position in a fast‑paced, resident‑focused environment.

• LPN license in Nevada.
• Minimum 2+ years of management experience in assisted living or long‑term care.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, resident‑centered setting.
