Join AECOM in the Club Ride Community Engagement Specialist role. This casual part‑time position in Las Vegas, Nevada provides up to 19 hours per week. The role supports the Club Ride Event Squad, staffing events and promoting alternative mode use across Clark County. Work is on site.

• Conduct onsite events, promotions, and marketing activities at partner sites to promote alternative mode use and register employees for Club Ride programs and services.
• Communicate with community and partners in English and Spanish.
• Effectively influence travelers to use alternative travel options.
• Maintain a solid understanding of the Club Ride program to answer program and service‑related questions accurately.
• Execute prescheduled community outreach events in Clark County.
• Engage individuals to promote the Club Ride program, increasing program demand.
• Present information on programs and services through events and presentations at employer and public sites.
• Increase participation rates and program awareness among employees at partner locations.
• Serve as a transportation resource for worksite partners and organizations throughout Clark County.
• Guide individuals through the enrollment process.
• Communicate and provide support to existing members.
• Attend staff meetings and training to maintain knowledge of the program.
• Adhere to company policies and demonstrate an understanding of core leadership values.
• Engage with the public in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Exceed monthly performance metrics.
• Track employer relationships and activities using Sales Force, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License (Motor Vehicle Records review required).
• Ability to lift and carry presentation equipment up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable access to a mobile cellular telephone.

• Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; or some college with equivalent experience.
• 1 year of marketing, outreach, public involvement or related experience.
• Experience conducting public outreach through events or presentations.
• Previous face‑to‑face Customer Service experience.

• Flexibility to work outside of standard business days/hours.
• Field work requires reliable transportation.
• No sponsorship for U.S. employment. Relocation assistance not available.

Hourly rate of $19–$25, based on education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
