DescriptionThe Manager, Marketing Special Projects is a hands-on role that supports the marketing team in executing key initiatives and high-priority projects. This position works closely with the marketing leadership team to coordinate and manage a wide range of efforts, including project tracking, creative production, event execution, and presentation development. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, support leadership-driven initiatives, and ensure all marketing deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
Responsibilities- Work closely with the marketing leadership team to support priority initiatives and projects
- Assist with planning, tracking, and execution of marketing projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and documentation are maintained
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to keep initiatives on track
- Support the execution of marketing events, activations, and other experiential programs, including on-site participation when needed
- Prepare project updates, summaries, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
- Support the marketing team with general initiatives and leadership-driven projects
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting complex projects in marketing, operations, or a related function
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
