Caesars Sports book has an amazing opportunity for someone’s next great career adventure. We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist in the Las Vegas area. The Marketing Specialist role is responsible for helping the Digital GM’s and Field Marketing Team in driving local marketing plans for their state(s) that address regional business objectives/challenges, managing sports partnerships, managing social media accounts, identifying opportunities with local casinos, executing regional offers and implementing brand programming by working closely with our Creative, Promotions, and Operations teams.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage William Hill US social media strategy; it will be your job to personally manage the online presence of incoming property reviews.
- Create and publish daily content (static and video) and maintain an editorial calendar across sports social media platforms including updates, news, and brand narratives.
- With specific state strategies in mind, be able to create content and collaborate with the enterprise social media team that has regional impact.
- Lead audience growth, awareness, and engagement.
- Create social content strategy around the sports calendar.
- Collaborate with enterprise social and other departments to produce and execute content.
- Comply with process and governance with the usage of enterprise social media publishing and analytics tools such as Sprout Social.
- Measure success and report social media KPIs to the management team monthly; must have a good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Cover events and activations as needed. Travel may be necessary.
- Engage with customers and assist with questions across all social media channels to ensure all responses are accurate as possible and customer issues are addressed on a daily cadence.
- Interact with enterprise digital reputation team and stakeholders to elevate any recurring issues or trends seen in multiple reviews and social mentions.
- Use an enterprise social media technology platform (Sprout Social) for real-time responses to Facebook, Instagram, X, and other official networks to rectify guest issues and manage app review responses through Apple App Store and Google Play App Store.
- Provide outstanding service through the written word. Must have excellent grammar and spelling skills.
- Must have a positive attitude and the flexibility to work with several departments and personalities at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and social strategy.
- Extensive passion and knowledge of sports and social media.
- An “always‑on” mentality as the sports world is constant, with availability to work nights and weekends.
- Gaming and customer support experience a plus.
- Comfortable with creating and executing new content strategies.
- Willing to travel.
- Proven ability to work in a team‑based environment, but also on their own.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom experience is a plus.
- Ability to produce social media content – video, graphic, text.
