AboutThe Role
As a VIP Account Manager, your core role is to build and nurture strong client relationships with Franchisees and Corporate. You are the primary point of contact between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring the effective execution of digital marketing campaigns that align with our clients objectives. You help transform goals into successful strategies in areas such as SEO, paid advertising, social media, and more.
Your dedication provides our clients with confidence in achieving online success. Your influence extends beyond franchisees into Advisory committees and the corporate relationship.
- Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, objectives, and business goals. - Training:
Lead internal and external training sessions on digital marketing, Scorpion systems and brand specifics. - Account Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams, encompassing SEO, paid advertising, social media management, chat, and content marketing, to achieve client objectives. - Account Reviews:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements to clients, covering SEO, PPC, and social media KPIs. - New Business Development:
Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services within existing client accounts. - Team
Collaboration:
Work with internal teams, including Directors, SEO specialists, paid advertising experts, social media managers, and content writers, to ensure client success. - Budget Management:
Manage client budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve campaign objectives and return on investment.
- Education:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field—or equivalent practical experience. - Experience:
- 4+ years of professional experience in client-facing account management.
- Proven track record of upselling and growing client accounts.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver results.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute client strategies.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and foster client trust.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, ensuring effective budget management and proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for mentoring and developing team members.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and industry best practices.
- The base salary range is $100,000 (entry-level) - $120,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. Final base salary is determined based on geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. The range represents the total salary range for the role and may consider internal equity and future growth.
- The compensation package may include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
- Initial Phone Screen: 30-minute conversation with a recruiter.
- First Interview: 30-minute Zoom with the hiring manager.
- Second Interview: 45-minute Zoom with an interview panel.
- Final Interview: 30-minute Zoom with an executive leader.
