We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven email marketer & copywriter to lead our email, CRM, and marketing automation initiatives. As the Senior Manager, Email Marketing, CRM & Automation, you’ll build and scale campaigns that deepen customer relationships, improve retention, and drive revenue. You’ll own both the strategy and execution of our email and CRM programs, ensuring every touchpoint is personalized, effective, and measurable.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Develop & Execute Email Campaigns:
    Build and optimize automated workflows, drip campaigns, and lifecycle journeys to drive engagement and conversion in both our nightlife & restaurant business.
  • CRM Ownership:
    Manage and grow our CRM strategy, ensuring accurate segmentation, customer data hygiene, and integrated campaign execution across channels.
  • Copywriting & Content Creation:
    Write compelling email copy tailored to specific segments, campaign goals, and customer personas.
  • Segmentation & Personalization:
    Leverage CRM data to segment audiences, trigger dynamic content, and personalize outreach.
  • Marketing Automation:
    Build and maintain complex workflows in our marketing automation platform.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    Track and report on campaign performance across email and CRM programs. Provide actionable insights to optimize content, cadence, and strategy.
  • A/B Testing:
    Run continuous testing on subject lines, creative, messaging, and send times to improve KPIs.
  • Compliance & Deliverability:
    Ensure adherence to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other deliverability standards.
  • Assist and/or complete additional tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or marketing automation.
  • Proven ability to build multi-step nurture journeys and segmented campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Deep experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, tech, and data teams.
  • Analytical and creative — can both crunch numbers and craft compelling messages.
  • Bonus: experience with loyalty or membership programs.

  • Office, Casino, Nightclub, Bar, Lounge, and/or Restaurant working environment.
  • 5-25% Local Travel (United States).
  • Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke, the severity of which depends upon the guest volume.
  • May work extended hours, irregular shifts, evening and/or weekend shifts, and holiday work may be required.
  • Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards.
  • Must be effective as part of a team; ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
