Position: Nutraceutical Formulation Specialist (Tablet)

At Nature's Lab, a division of DrVita, Inc, we are committed to producing high-quality dietary supplements that improve the lives of our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated R&D Nutraceutical Formulation Specialist (tablets) to join our team.

We’re looking for a Nutraceutical Formulation Specialist who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and helping products succeed from development through production.

You’ll work closely with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to guide formulation decisions, improve efficiency, and help bring high-quality products to market.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Evaluate and improve tablet formulations for manufacturability, stability, and cost efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance on formulation performance, process parameters, and material selection.
  • Analyze production trends and recommend practical solutions to improve yield and consistency.
  • Support scale-up and commercialization by helping ensure processes are reliable and repeatable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop SOPs, process standards, and best practices.
  • Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, quality, and overall product performance.
  • Associate degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering Technology, or a related field and/ or equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • Experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food, or dietary supplement manufacturing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical recommendations.
  • Experience in capsules, gummies, powders is a plus.
  • Experience supporting scale‑up, validation, or process improvements.
  • Familiarity with cGMP environments and quality systems.
Availability

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Some flexibility may be needed during product launches or critical projects.

Final candidate will be required to successfully complete a pre‑employment background check and drug screening, as condition of employment in a GMP‑regulated facility.
