Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $18–$22 per hour
Department: Manufacturing / Production
Reports To: Fabrication Manager

Position SummaryOrigin Acoustics is seeking a skilled Fabricator II to join our Las Vegas headquarters fabrication team. This full‑time role is ideal for a detail‑oriented craftsperson with hands‑on experience in cutting, sanding,urring, and finishing materials. A background in cabinetry, millwork, or precision woodworking is strongly preferred.
The Fabricator II plays a key role in producing high‑quality components and assemblies that meet our standards for precision, durability, and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities- Perform precision cutting, sanding, grinding, and deburring of materials including wood, MDF, aluminum, and other substrates
- Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and work orders
- Assemble fabricated components according to specifications
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
- 2–4 years of hands‑on fabrication, cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, or related manufacturing experience
- Strong working knowledge of fabrication tools and shop equipment
- Hand tools, battery‑operated tools, punches, drills, taps, etc.
- Experience in cabinetry construction or fine woodworking preferred
- Blueprint and schematic reading skills preferred
- Ability to read drilling and tapping charts accurately to create pass‑through holes, taps, countersinks, counter bores, and other related DG&T call outs
- Ability to read tape measures and interpret technical drawings accurately
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship - Fit and finish of finished goods built to accurate dimensions
- Ability and understanding of body work with glue seams, pvc cement, bondo, and other adhesives
- Ability and/or knowledge of CNC router tables, vertical mills preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
