* Working Conditions:

** Permanent, London Stockley Park Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
** What You'll Do:
*** Ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of servers, storage, networking, virtualization platforms, and core business systems on premise, in addition to Azure and AWS
* Deploy servers (virtual and physical), patches, updates, and configuration changes in alignment with change management processes.
* Manage and support identity and access management systems such as Active Directory, Azure/Entra  Okta
* Collaborate with teams across networking, identity, end-user computing, SaaS applications, and other technology stacks
* Maintain documentation including architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and system configurations
* Lead troubleshooting efforts, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
* Monitor system performance and capacity; proactively identify and remediate issues.

*** Proven ability to work in a high-touch, fast-paced environment
* Understands industry trends, including new products and solutions
* Ability to establish and maintain relationships with vendors, peers and colleagues across the organization
* Ability to influence the usage of private and public cloud technology by demonstrating side by side comparison of cloud technology costs and TCO
* Excellent technical skills, including ability to define trade-offs, ask probing questions, and incorporate technology solutions into a broader enterprise environment
* Pro-active awareness of direct and indirect security threats
* Must be effective in working independently and in a team setting
* Strong oral and written communication skills to articulate technologies to technical and non-technical personnel
* Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
* Experience in vendor management
* Ability to identify and make pro-actively value-added recommendations
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in an Infrastructure systems engineering role
* Minimum 8 years administrating Windows Server, Hyper-V and VMWare
* Minimum 8 years of experience in implementing private/public and/or hybrid cloud solutions (Azure and AWS)
* Minimum 5 years working in an enterprise level environment designing, building server, storage and network solutions in heavily virtualized environment
* Advanced understanding of Power Shell and ability to work within a heavy Windows Server Core environment
