Role

Summary:

The material handler will be responsible for inventory within the facility. This involves receiving/ shipping material, distribution of material throughout the facility, and managing inventory discrepancies.

Essential Responsibilities

* Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials in stock, recording location of inventory

* Maintains accuracy in recording material transactions, such as receiving

* Prepares finished stock for shipment by packing/ crating/ securing material

* Supports the production floor by moving material

* Supports and performs work in compliance to all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, policies, and regulations

* Processes components in compliance with internal processing requirements

Minimum Qualifications

* High School Diploma/ GED

* Detail oriented, organizational skills

* Knowledge of EHS procedures and policies

* Ability to use manual equipment and hand tools safely

* Understanding of manufacturing and quality procedures in a lean manufacturing environment

* Basic computer understanding and data entry skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's Degree, or equivalent Technical School certification

* Expertise with various fork trucks

* Prior computer skills in Microsoft suite

* Proficy experience

* Oracle experience

Starting rate for this role is $22.50/hr, plus a $1/hr differential for working Third Shift...
