You’ll be responsible for the
safe, precise disassembly, inspection, and preparation of firearm components
that directly impact product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Your attention to detail and respect for firearms safety standards will be essential to our success.
As a Production Associate/Armorer, you will:
- Safely disassemble firearms and firearm assembliesin accordance with established procedures and compliance standards
- Inspect, clean, and prepare firearm partsfor inventory, photography, and online sales
- Identify wear, damage, or inconsistencies that affect product quality
- Maintain strict adherence to firearm safety protocolsat all times
- Organize and track components to ensure accurate product flow through production
- Meet or exceed daily production and quality benchmarks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
- Collaborate with team members across production, inventory, and shipping
- Cross-train in additional departments as needed
This role is ideal for candidates withhands-on firearms experience, including but not limited to:
- Armorers (military, law enforcement, film/TV, or private sector)
- Firearms technicians or gunsmithing assistants
- Manufacturing or production professionals in the firearms industry
- Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and weapons familiarity
- Demonstrated experience handling, disassembling, or maintaining firearms
- Strong understanding of firearm components, assemblies, and safe handling practices
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy at production speed
- Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, tablets, cameras, or ERP/WMS software preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production team
- Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
Formal gunsmith certification not required—practical experience is highly valued.
- Climate-controlled warehouse setting
- Use of hand tools, cutting tools, packaging equipment, and standard shop equipment
- Regular handling of metal firearm components, including sharp edges
