We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join the production team. This is a hands-on role focused on assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components used in specialized aviation equipment systems.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, building products from components, and developing strong technical skills in both electrical and mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electro-mechanical products and subassemblies according to wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
  • Developing a key understanding of all company product lines
  • Perform basic wiring, crimping, soldering, and mechanical assembly
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose basic electrical or mechanical issues during assembly and testing
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment safely and accurately
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet internal standards
  • Follow production schedules and documentation requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, electronics assembly, or avionics assembly preferred
  • Military experience is preferred
  • Ability to read basic wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings
  • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback
Nice to Have
  • Technical school, trade school, associate degree or bachelors degree in electronics, aviation/aerospace, industrial technology, or related field
  • Experience with wiring harnesses, wiring diagrams, or aviation equipment
  • Familiarity with quality standards and manufacturing documentation
