We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Production Associate to help deliver high-quality products to our online customers. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our production and fulfillment operations—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality at every step. • Assemble, process, and photograph products for online sale in accordance with established production guidelines
• Make real‑time adjustments to improve efficiency and quality based on daily results
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and help promote a culture of workplace safety
• Meet or exceed daily production targets while maintaining high‑quality standards
• Cross‑train in other production areas to support operational flexibility
• Use computers, tablets, cameras, and software systems to support production and inventory workflows
• Perform other duties as needed to support team and company goals

The ideal candidate possesses a positive and proactive mindset, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a production or fulfillment environment. You should have:

• Experience in production, order fulfillment, photography, or product quality environments
• Comfort using technology, including computers, tablets, cameras, and software systems
• Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• The ability to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team
• A "can‑do" attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
