Located in Las Vegas, Nevada,we are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a NDT Technician for our Production team.

The opportunity:The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various non-destructive testing techniques to assess the quality and integrity of materials, components, and structures on aircraft wheels and brakes. Duties will include conducting inspections, interpreting test results, and documenting findings in accordance with industry standards and company procedures.
The primary tasks:- Read and understand company policies and procedures, Work Instructions, Component Maintenance Manuals, Standard Practice Manual and other procedure manuals in English.
- Perform proper Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques of aircraft wheels and brakes using methods such as Ultrasonic (UT), Eddy Current (ET), Magnetic Particle (MT), and Liquid Penetrant (PT).
- Set up and standardize equipment, conduct tests, interpret, and evaluate for acceptance or rejection, and document.
- Follow established quality control systems and procedures to ensure both company and regulatory compliance.
- Completes necessary related documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Graduation from an approved NDT training course with certification & training course with verifiable practical experience.
- Level II Certification in ET at least or more NDT methods (e.g., ET, PT, MT, UT) following NAS 410 standards
- Have a general familiarity with other appropriate NDT methods, as demonstrated by the ASNT (American Society for Nondestructive Testing) basic examination or other means.
- Documentation of experience and certification from prior employer or any other facility with an approved training program be utilized to meet these requirements.
- Reliable transportation
- Effectively use the English language, both oral and written, to communicate information to others.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- 2 Years of Aviation experience, preferred.
- Team-Player with a high level of interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Self-motivated with results-driven approach
- Ability to prioritize, organize and plan tasks
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
