The Utility Technician is a non‑technical position responsible for various tasks involved in the refurbishment of marketing equipment, such as cleaning, disassembly, repetitive reassembly and the movement of equipment throughout the production process.

• Washing of equipment in Wash Bay using high‑pressure washer systems and components.
• Assembly and disassembly of equipment and components.
• Maneuvering large pieces of equipment safely.
• Maintaining neat and accurate records for daily operations.
• Following directions.
• Meeting performance and productivity standards.

• 18 years or older.
• Experience with high‑pressure washers.
• Ability to assemble, disassemble, and handle various types of equipment and components.
• Maintain safe work habits.
• Legible handwriting.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. on an occasional basis.
• Use of small power tools and pneumatic tools.
• Effective communication with the manager.
• Regular attendance and willingness to work overtime.

• Working in a high‑speed manufacturing environment that is team‑oriented, deadline‑driven, and fast‑paced.
• Familiarity with standards of operation, including OSHA requirements on speeds, signaling, and proper product placement.
