Are you interested in a career in manufacturing? We are seeking individuals to become part of our expanding team! As a Production Operator, you will be essential to our production process. In this position, you will configure and run ASI equipment to transform the material into completed products.

• Sets up, manages, and operates ASI equipment to transform materials into finished products according to specifications, procedures, and practices.
• Adhere to standard processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Attain optimal product quality by properly handling consumables, materials, and machinery, as well as conducting quality checks.
• Keep equipment and work spaces clean and organized.
• Address urgent requests without prior notice while still ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Participate in cross‑training within operations and maintain proficiency in all areas and processes.
• Comply with all safety, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Pay Range: $18.50 hourly

• 1+ years in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in an ISO or documented quality system is preferred

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Be adaptable to work alternate shift schedules to accommodate customer demands during peak times
• Dependable with a track record of good attendance and punctuality
• Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary

• The working environment is a production facility with a focus on safety and teamwork.
• The role requires standing, stooping, walking, bending, pulling, climbing and lifting materials up to 50 lbs, as well as exposure to various machinery and materials.
