Sign Painter

Overview

Fusion Sign & Design is a premier full-service custom sign company located in Las Vegas, NV. We are seeking a talented individual with sign painting experience to join our fabrication team and contribute to our continued success.

This role is based in Las Vegas, NV.

• Execute high-quality paint applications on various materials, including steel, wood, plexiglass, and aluminum.
• Utilize the Matthews Paint System (or similar) to achieve precise and consistent finishes.
• Work with textured finishes to meet project specifications.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and working comps to ensure accurate execution of paint applications.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and a “Can-Do” attitude, even under tight deadlines and stressful situations.
• Collaborate effectively within a positive and collaborative team environment.

• Proven experience with the Matthews Paint System (or similar) is required.
• Display pride in workmanship and a determination to complete projects successfully.
• Ability to represent Fusion Sign & Design in a professional manner with integrity.
• Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of paint applications.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Scheduling flexibility, including the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Experience in the sign industry or industrial painting is preferred.
• This position requires experience with Matthews Paint System and is not necessarily for a creative painter doing custom, one-of-a-kind type of work. Ideal candidate will have experience painting signs, cars, or some other type of industrial painting.
